The Sheriff's Office said today Jay J. Dodaro, 33, was captured last night without incident by sheriff's deputies, Sequim police officers and State Patrol troopers in the Sequim area.
He was booked early today in the Clallam County jail, where he remains held without bail this morning.
Further details were not immediately available.
The Sheriff's Office on Friday described him as a “person of interest” and also said he is likely to be armed.
Dodaro was known to carry a .45-caliber weapon in his waistband and was known to frequent Clallam, Jefferson and Kitsap counties, a Sheriff's Office alert said Friday.
He was being sought for a Thurston County warrant relating to vehicle theft as well as misdemeanor warrants for driving with a suspended license in Port Angeles and for resisting arrest and obstruction in Jefferson County.
