Free coaching offered on job transitions
PORT ANGELES — In response to recent labor issues and layoffs on the North Olympic Peninsula, life coach Mindy Amita Aisling is offering free life coaching for anyone who finds themselves in transition with work.
“Transition can be really frightening,” said Aisling.
“Often, individuals in transition experience a loss of motivation, sadness, confusion or high levels of stress and conflict.
“Coaching can help not only manage these emotions, but it increases clarity, enthusiasm and focus while supporting goal development and helping to build a path to creating the life and work you desire.”
Aisling, a board-certified life coach, was trained by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation.
Aisling coaches in-person at her downtown office at 223 W. First St., over the phone or via Skype.
