The seminar will be held in Room 230 of the Lincoln Center, 905 W. Ninth St., from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, with a repeat Tuesday from 8 a.m. to noon.
The seminar is aimed at helping local businesses and service providers compete more effectively against out-of-area competitors, whether in malls or on the Internet.
Topics will include why businesses and organizations should focus on satisfying customers; what customers expect and how to deliver it; moving beyond customer satisfaction; and why this is critical, defining the customer service roles of management and employees.
