HOODSPORT — The Olympic National Park has announced that Staircase Road will reopen to visitors Saturday.
The road has been closed since March 28 for a $1.3 million construction project.
The project included pavement rehabilitation, culvert replacement, paving of the overflow parking area, chip sealing of the campground, striping, sign replacement and conduit installation.
