The cruist ship American Constellation sits at Port Angeles City Pier on Friday, marking the beginning of cruise season on the Salish Sea and Puget Sound. Fire Chief Jake Patterson said the owner or an occupant of the East Ennis Creek Road parcel could not be contacted and that the blaze is not under investigation. The owner is a Seattle resident.
