PORT ANGELES — First Federal’s Lights, Camera, Save! local winner Peter Sullivan of Mount Vernon High School in Mount Vernon has been named a national finalist by the American Bankers Association Foundation.
First Federal of Port Angeles sponsored Sullivan by submitting his video and application to
the Lights, Camera, Save!
contest.
The annual video contest encourages teen participants to produce a short film communicating the importance of sound money management.
Sullivan is one of five students selected to compete for several awards, including a $5,000 grand prize and a scholarship for a teacher at the school to attend the 2017 Jump$tart National Educator Conference.
Winners will be announced March 1.
In addition to competing for cash awards, Sullivan’s video was be entered in the ABA Foundation’s “Savers’ Choice” social media contest.
Dylan Fox’s entry won the social media contest.

• “Temptation’s Thirst,” Matthew Post of Sherwood High School, Olney, Md., Congressional Bank, Bethesda, Md.
Agent of the month named in PA
PORT ANGELES — Jean Irvine of Coldwell Banker Uptown Realty has earned the January Agent of the Month award.
