EYE ON BUSINESS: This week’s meetings

Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce — Business After Hours events are held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the third Tuesdays of the months at different locations.

This Tuesday’s event will be held at Victor’s Lavender Farm, 3743 Old Olympic Hwy, Port Angeles.

Refreshments will be served and there will be a familiarization tour.

West End Business and Professional Association — Meets every Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the First Congregational Church, 279 S. Spartan Ave., Forks.

Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly luncheon meetings are held on the first Monday at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St., and the third Monday at noon at Fort Worden Commons, 200 Battery Way.

This Monday’s program will feature Jake Beattie with an update on the NW Maritime Center.

The luncheon will have a one-time venue change. It will be held at The Chapel at Fort Worden.

Lunch by Subway costs $8.

Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings with networking and educational programs are held Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 DelGuzzi Drive (off U.S. Highway 101) in east Port Angeles.

This week’s meeting will feature Nina Napiontek and Navarra Carr, candidates for Port Angeles City Council Position 6 seat.

There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those at the PABA meeting who do not order breakfast.
