Port Angeles library to host Microsoft certifications June 17

PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic Library and the Washington State Library will co-sponsor free testing for Microsoft Office Specialist and Microsoft Technology Associate certifications from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. June 17.

According to a press release, commercial testing for these certifications typically costs from $99 to $130.

Testing will be conducted in the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.

Due to limited space, pre-registration is required.

Individual appointments might be available for people who are unable to attend the June 17 session.

Library cardholders can log onto www.lynda.com to access online resources to help prepare for these exams.
