PORT ANGELES — A woman accused in three killings late last month was booked into the Clallam County jail early Sunday morning, initially held on two unrelated warrants two days after her alleged accomplice appeared in court.

Now two people, Kallie Ann Letellier, 34, and her alleged accomplice, Dennis M. Bauer, 50, have been arrested in connection to the deaths of Darrell C. Iverson, 57; his son, Jordan D. Iverson, 27; and the son’s girlfriend, Tiffany A. May, 26.

Clallam County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Letellier without incident at about 10 p.m. Saturday at a residence on Gasman Road, east of Port Angeles, said Clallam County Sheriff’s Chief Criminal Deputy Brian King.

Clallam County Sheriff’s deputies, with help from the State Patrol SWAT team, executed a search warrant at Bauer’s “compound” on the 2500 block of Lower Elwha Road on Thursday morning, where they arrested Bauer.

Investigators continued to look for evidence at the compound Sunday.

King said it is believed that Letellier was there only hours before the arrest Thursday. Law enforcement agencies from across the North Olympic Peninsula searched for her Thursday before the Sheriff’s Office asked the public for help Friday.

Letellier is also known as Kallie Ann Wade and Kallie Ann Buchanan, according to the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office.

King said patrol deputies found a vehicle known to be associated with Letellier at a residence near Gasman Road. Deputies surrounded the home and people inside told investigators Letellier was there.

She surrendered without incident, he said.

King said investigators are continuing to seek people who can help the investigation. He said that at this point there are no more arrests expected.

The gruesome scene at 52 Bear Meadow Road was discovered on New Year’s Even when the Iversons’ bodies were found covered by tarps and debris in the front of Darrel Iverson’s home. May was found dead the next day dead and locked in an outbuilding.

Charges against Bauer are expected to be filed Tuesday. He is accused of three counts of second-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.

Clallam County Superior Court Judge Brian Coughenour set the $3.5 million bail on Friday, an amount that Sheriff Bill Benedict said Saturday is among the highest amounts, if not the highest, in the county’s history.

Letellier will likely appear in Clallam County Superior Court today.

King said court documents expected to be filed today might offer more information about the crime, but not much more than the 39-page probable cause affidavit released Friday that alleged the Dec. 26 triple homicide involved drug-fueled violence and methamphetamine use.

Interviews with 11 people familiar with the Iversons showed that use of methamphetamine was significant at the elder Iverson’s home, where he traded for weapons, court documents say.

Their deaths had less to do with drugs or money than it did with the elder Iverson’s alleged treatment of Letellier, the report says.

Bauer allegedly wanted to get back at Darrell Iverson for Iverson’s treatment of Letellier, according to Ryan Warren Ward, Bauer’s nephew and a key part of the investigation, according to the probable cause statement.

Ward was arrested Wednesday by U.S. Marshals Service deputies for an unrelated warrant out of Snohomish County.

Ward told investigators that Letellier told Bauer “about sh—” and Bauer became upset. Ward said he would have came forward with information sooner, but he feared Bauer would kill his family if he talked about it.
