Police: Frugals robbed at gunpoint

PORT ANGELES — Frugals was robbed at gunpoint on Thursday and law enforcement officers are seeking information from the public.

Port Angeles police officers responded to the report of suspects armed with a semi-automatic handgun and a revolver. Multiple people were later seen on surveillance footage wearing masks and possibly nylons over their faces, the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office said in a social media post.

The suspects allegedly stole a car from a Frugals employee, although it was recovered about an hour later, the Sheriff’s Office said.
