PORT ANGLES — The Port Angeles Fine Arts Center seeks submissions for an upcoming exhibition, “Resilient & Creative: A National Juried Exhibition.”
The exhibition will celebrate innovative artistic responses in the face of unexpected obstacles. It invites artists to consider how challenges push their art in surprising and unplanned ways.
There is a $15 entry fee for up to three pieces. The entry deadline is Friday.
“Resilient & Creative” will be on display at the historic Esther Webster Gallery in Port Angeles from Aug. 13 to Sept. 26. An opening reception will be held at the center on Aug. 13, with a member’s-only start from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. that will open to the public from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
