ArtWorks2 exhibit features Peninsula artists

PORT TOWNSEND — ArtWorks2 is hosting an Invitational Art Show and Sale on Friday and Saturday at the Commons at Fort Worden, featuring 27 artists from across the Olympic Peninsula and the surrounding area.

The show will be both inside and outside at the Commons at 200 Battery Way. Hours will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

Organizers said artwork will cover diverse media and styles.

The show will include oils by Jinx Bryant and Susan Spar, bold images by Donna Lahue, local landscapes by Linda Tilley, contemporary images in pastel by Janice Wall, organic gourd art by Roberta Cooper, woven jewelry by Paulette Hill, quirky jewelry by Passiko True, photographic images by Becky Stinnett, blown glass by Dan and Joi LaChaussee, silk painting by Evette Allerdings and woodwork by Martha Collins among others, organizers said.
