PORT ANGELES — John Marzluff will present “In Search of Meadowlarks” at 7 p.m. tonight.
The free lecture, hosted by the Olympic Peninsula Audubon Society, will stream on the Zoom internet meeting platform.
Marzluff, a professor of wildlife science at the University of Washington, will discuss vineyards that welcome barn owls to help control rodents, farmers that leave land fallow each year to benefit songbirds, rotational grazing and how one rancher traded cows for tourists.
