PORT TOWNSEND — The inaugural Functional Art of Quimper show will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
The show will be in the Cotton Building, 607 Water St. in Port Townsend.
The show will feature the work of artisans John McCormack, Gunter Reimnitz and Darin Clark.
McCormack is a woodworker who brings his sense of humor and whimsy into his furniture design.
Reimnitz, a metalsmith who was born on Kodiak Island, Alaska, grew up fishing for salmon on his family’s 42-foot boat. His steel sculptures often feature wildlife.
Darin Clark is a woodworker at Rain Shadow Woodworks.
