PORT ANGELES — Laurel Moulton will present “Growing Legumes for Fresh Eating and Storage” at noon Thursday, May 14.
The lecture is part of the Green Thumb Garden Tips series streaming on Zoom Meetings.
Moulton will discuss growing beans, peas and other legumes in the Pacific Northwest climate.
She will also touch on trellising systems and how to harvest and process legumes for winter storage.
Moulton, the program coordinator for Clallam County Master Gardeners, has a master’s degree in horticulture from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Ore.
