Hurricane Ridge gear swap set Saturday

PORT ANGELES — The annual Hurricane Ridge Ski Club Outdoor Gear Swap is Saturday.

It will be conducted in a white tent at 101 E. Railroad Ave., from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday.

General admission is $5. Family admission is $8.

Proceeds will support the Hurricane Ridge Ski Team and the Surfrider Foundation.

Visitors can get rid of their old sporting gear and buy something “new to them” at the gear swap meet.

Fogtown Coffee will offer hot beverages and baked items.

Gear has been dropped off in the evenings on Wednesday and Thursday and can be taken to the tent between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. today and between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Saturday.

Unsold gear can be picked up after 3 p.m. Saturday.
