Lynne Armstrong, a Sequim artist known for her use of color and energetic brushstrokes, is the featured artist for the month of May at the Blue Whole Gallery with her “The Joy of Looking” exhibit. Armstrong will be at the gallery, 129 W. Washington St., for the exhibit’s opening from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. Blue Whole Gallery is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
