COYLE — Concerts in the Woods will begin its 2024 schedule with the Celtic duo Magical Strings at 3 p.m. Saturday.
The concert will be at the Laurel B. Johnson Community Center, 923 Hazel Point Road, Coyle.
Admission is by a suggested donation of $20.
Magical Strings, composed of Pam and Philip Boulding, has been performing Celtic music across the United States and abroad since 1978.
Its 21 albums include traditional Celtic arrangements, original compositions and subtle world music influences, all performed on Celtic harps, hammered dulcimers, pennywhistles, button accordions and concertinas.
The band has toured and collaborated with singer-songwriter Dan Fogelberg and slack-key guitarist Keola Beamer.
