NOLS holds online author talk; registration required

Angela Dominguez to discuss her career as writer, illustrator

PORT ANGELES — Angela Dominguez will talk about her career as an author and illustrator at noon Tuesday.

The presentation, hosted by the North Olympic Library System, will stream on the Zoom internet meeting platform.

If there is time after her presentation, Dominguez will answer questions, which can be emailed to dearlibrary@nols.org.

Dominguez wrote and illustrated “Stella Díaz Has Something to Say,” which is one of the selections in the 2020-2021 Battle of the Books.

Other books in the Stella Díaz series include “Mango,” “Abuela and Me” and “María Had a Little Llama.”

According to a press release, her presentation is tailored toward fourth-graders, although it is open to all.

Registration at nols.org is required.
