North Olympic Library System to hold book discussion groups

PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic Library System will continue its book discussion groups online throughout June.

Participants must register at www.nols.org to receive the link to the free Zoom meetings.

• The Second Saturday Book Discussion Group will meet at 3 p.m. Saturday to discuss “The Memory Police” by Yoko Ogawa.

Paperback copies are available for curbside pickup at the Sequim Library.

The group will discuss “There There” by Tommy Orange in July.

• The Novel Conversations Book Discussion Group is set to meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, to talk about “The Dutch House” by Ann Patchett.

Paperback copies are available for curbside pickup at the Sequim Library.

The group plans to discuss “The Girl with the Louding Voice” by Abi Daré in July.

• The Wednesday Evening Book Discussion Group will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, to discuss “The Nickel Boys” by Colson Whitehead.

Paperback copies are available for curbside pickup at the Port Angeles Library.

Their July selection is “The Island of Sea Women” by Lisa See.
