On Sunday, they will perform at the Naval Elks Lodge, 131 E. First St., Port Angeles.

The program will include John Rutter’s “What Sweeter Music,” favorite traditional carols such as “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen” and “Away in a Manger,” the popular song “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” two sing-along songs including “Silent Night,” several solos and duets and a rousing Christmas spiritual.

Joining the men for five numbers are the Angels of Mercy soprano and alto singers.

“This group of ladies sang with PMGS last Christmas and earned rave reviews from both the audience and the gospel choir,” according to a press release.

Karen Coles will provide sign language interpretation for the deaf and hard of hearing audience members.

CDs will be available at the concerts.

The Peninsula Men’s Gospel Singers organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that represents more than eight churches and denominations from around Clallam County.

The singers perform in churches, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, performance halls and at the Clallam Bay Corrections Center.
