Personal wellness lecture on ‘Why Community Matters’

SEQUIM — Karlena M. Brailey will present “Improving Your Personal Health: Why a Community Matters” at 2 p.m. Wednesday.

The free lecture, part of the WOW! Working On Wellness Radio Forum series, will be broadcast on KSQM radio, 91.5 FM.

Brailey has a Master of Public Health in community health from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in La Crosse, Wis.

The wellness lecture series is sponsored by the Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic.
