PORT ANGELES — Meredith Vincent will host Out Loud Story Slam at 7 p.m. Friday.

The storytelling event will be on the stage at Studio Bob, 118½ E. Front St.

Tickets are $12 per person at www.studiobob.art.

The evening will feature 10 storytellers from the audience to share a five-minute true, personal story on the theme of “Runner Up.”

Storytellers are judged by the audience and the winners will be invited to participate in a future Grand Slam.
