A city crew installed long-awaited lights above Tyler Plaza in downtown Port Townsend this week. The bulbs will stay on from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m., city Public Works Director Steve King said, adding they’re a year-round fixture. The Port Townsend Main Street Program, the Washington State Arts Commission, the city of Port Townsend and local donors funded the waterfront plaza lights.
