Work by longtime Sequim artist on display

PORT ANGELES — Sequim artist Judy Larimore’s photography and paintings are on display at the Blackbird Coffeehouse this month.

“The Beauty of Nature” is exhibited at the coffeehouse at 336 E. Eighth St., Port Angeles. Hours are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

“At age 82, this might be my last of 40 exhibits since my first one in 1985,” Larimore said.

Her work is in the collections of Hewlett Packard, the Federal Aviation Agency and the Indonesian Embassy in Washington, D.C.

“In September I will have lived on our Olympic Peninsula for 20 years and the shows that I have done here have featured our area,” Larimore said.

“I will again in this exhibit but I also want to include beauty around America such as Yosemite, New England, Utah and California to name a few.”
