The Community Boating Program was the August recipient of Jim’s Cares Monthly Charity at Jim’s Pharmacy in Port Angeles. The program provides access to boating opportunities for Olympic Peninsula youths and adults. Staff and customers at the pharmacy raised more than $680 to support the program. The funds are raised through monetary donations, used book sales, donated employee casual days and a percentage of over-the-counter sales.
