Exemptions
I was disappointed to read that 259 employees, 16 percent of the staff, at Olympic Medical Center were granted a religious or medical exemption from getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
What other medical treatments are those seeking religious exemptions rejected on record along with this one?
There certainly must be others if this is a valid claim.
Are they rejecting certain medications or other treatments?
Experimental, life-saving surgery?
Or is it a ruse to cover other beliefs?
An employee who is unable or unwilling to get a vaccine should be reassigned to a position that does not have contact with others.
It seems negligent to have them treating patients that are unable to have a choice whether or not to be treated by unvaccinated staff.
Is this negligence?
