On the Fourth of July I read what I encountered in my face while entering a local business.
A piece of paper was taped on the front door of the business at eye level.
You couldn’t ignore its presence.
The piece of paper tells about a meeting taking place Saturday at the Port Angeles Library.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the “resistance to revolution” mission statement.
I walked in and expressed some of my paradigms to the two young white males present.
I told them that I’m glad I’m old, but for you young bucks, it’s time to Yankee Doodle do or die.
I Yankee Doodled it and exited the business for the last time.
