Lately, seems like the people who know the least have the most to say.
Like this couple in Joyce, who are so out of touch with reality they think our COVID-19 case rate is 75 per 100,000 but are indignant they can’t attend in-person county board of commissioners meetings.
The last time Clallam’s case rate was that low was the Fourth of July.
By September, it was over 1,200 per 100,000.
We got it back down to 180 a month ago, and it’s shot straight up to over 1,000 per 100,000 since the beginning of the new year.
And these are the people whose opinions are so important that they can only be expressed in dangerous in-person public meetings?
