You awaken at 5 a.m. and realize something is terribly wrong.
You shake your husband, get in the car and race to the hospital, thinking, “No! This cannot be happening!”
You step through the doors of the emergency room, say “I need help,” and you are immediately enveloped by wonderful men and women who begin to take care of you and the terror subsides.
That is what it means to have a local hospital, and I am so grateful and thankful that Olympic Medical Center is here for us.
Every single person we came in contact with was kind, caring and professional, and I cannot say enough about them.
