There was a debate recently between two old men: one sober, decent, of proven executive ability and clearly under-the-weather; the other crude, a compulsive liar, a sex offender, a 34-time convicted felon, and totally in character, now linked to child-molester Jeffrey Epstein.
Somehow a preponderance of the media have found it more appropriate to maintain that the former rather than the latter should step aside from the presidential campaign.
Be that as it may, it fails to address the compelling peril at hand.
It’s not about Biden vs. Trump.
It’s not about Democrat vs. Republican.
It is about democracy vs. theocratic tyranny.
During his previous term in office, Trump demonstrated he is not of presidential caliber.
He is instead a poster child and tool of the Federalist Society and of the Heritage Foundation, author and publisher of “Project 2025,” an explicit program for subverting our federal government.
Should Trump be elected in November, that government will be run and gutted by him as proxy for his controllers at these ultra-right-wing organizations.
