I am writing to say thank you to all the citizens in Port Angeles who voted with their heads and their hearts in the last election.
You demonstrated intelligence, thoughtfulness and integrity by realizing that the current citizens leading our city have demonstrated, by not only their words, but by their actions, that they have our best interests as they continue to make difficult decisions for our community.
I applaud and appreciate your positive actions by not being influenced with negative and misleading rhetoric by uninformed and polarizing candidates.
Again, a huge thank-you.
Your actions have given me some hope for the future.
