While running for president in 2016 Trump promised that, if elected, there would be so much winning we would get tired of it.
Now, three and a half years into his administration, the economy is in freefall while the national debt is exploding; unemployment is as high if not higher than during the Great Depression; a pandemic for which we were unprepared was under-estimated and mismanaged, resulting in far more deaths in the U.S. than in any other country; and bigotry and police violence has been green-lighted, resulting in protests in the streets, while our dear leader cowers in (correction: inspects) his White House bunker.
So I ask this of what seems to be a diminishing number of Trump dead-enders: are you tired yet of all this winning?
