I’ve recently met and asked questions of and listened to intelligent answers from Brian Pruiett, who is running to represent us in the House in Olympia for District 24.
I came away with respect for his beliefs in smaller government, much lower taxes, balancing our state budget, promoting ideas to help small businesses and create jobs, safe environment for all constituents, and other issues.
His history in the military and working under two presidents, one of each party, illustrate his leadership capabilities, all of which seem lost in Olympia from Inslee, down through the Democrat-controlled House and Senate.
That leadership of Democrats has given us $12 billion in new taxes, yet to be felt with an additional $2 billion on the table that his opponent Steve Tharinger is behind passing.
I ask all eligible voters in district 24 to take a good look at Brian Pruiett and vote for him in the primary coming up this summer.
