PORT TOWNSEND — The Jefferson County Historical Society will present “Communicating Climate Change through Art, Science and Education: A Discussion with Maria Coryell-Martin, George Divoky and Katie Morrison” at 7 p.m. Friday.
The free discussion will stream online.
Coryell-Martin, Divoky and Morrison will talk about their “Witnessing Climate Change” currently on display at the Jefferson Museum of Art & History, 540 Water St.
The exhibit, based on a 2019 trip to Cooper Island, Alaska, illustrates some of the biological, atmospheric and personal consequences of warming in the Arctic.
