PORT ANGELES — Muriel Nesbitt will present “Nutrient Decline in Vegetables — What is the Evidence?” at noon Thursday.
The free lecture is part of the Green Thumb Garden Tips series streaming on Zoom.
Nesbitt will discuss the decline in nutrient density over the past 50 years as well as measures farmers may take to maximize nutrient density in their crops.
