New Day Learning Academy welcomes teacher, students

PORT TOWNSEND — New Day Learning Academy will host an orientation program from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

The orientation, as well as the school, is in Calvary Community Church, 82 Romans Road, in Port Townsend.

Mandy Jones will teach the school’s newly established third- and fourth-grade class this year.

The school’s approach to education will be described at the orientation.
