PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic Library will participate in Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
The program, which Parton launched in 1995, will send free books by mail to any Clallam County child 4-years or younger.
Books are mailed monthly until the child’s fifth birthday.
Books are available in both English and Spanish, with options for Braille or audiobooks as well.
The program is funded through grants from the United Way of Clallam County and the North Olympic Library Foundation.
