Operation Warm in Port Angeles

Koenig Subaru donated more than 100 coats for Operation Warm at a recent event at the First Step Family Support Center in Port Angeles.

Eight volunteers from the automotive dealership, including General Manager Bill Koenig, showed up to hand out coats to 81 children from 35 local families.

The remaining coats from the event will be handed out to other local families as need emerges. Families who need a coat should call First Step at 360-457-8355 or visit them at 326 E. Sixth St., Port Angeles.
