PORT ANGELES — Kids in grades 4–7 will build robots that scribble at STEAM for Tweens: Scribble Bots, a free event offered by the North Olympic Library System (NOLS).
The event will take place at the Port Angeles Main Library, 2210 S. Peabody St., on Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Recycled materials, markers and a small motor are provided, allowing participants to build and experiment with Scribble Bot designs, observe their robots in action and take their robots home.
This event is part of the “Read, Renew, Repeat” Summer Reading Program, happening now through Aug. 24.
Sign up for a Reading Challenge, earn a T-shirt, win prizes and participate in fun events.
