‘Season of Creation’ to be observed

PORT ANGELES — Holy Trinity Lutheran Church will observe the Ecumenical and International Season of Creation during Sunday services at 9:30 a.m.

Worship services, which include music, creation-centered art and preaching, will be at the church, 301 E. Lopez Ave.

Following the service, Karen and Jim Weaver of Wild Edge Farm will present “The Elwha and Regenerative Agriculture” at 11 a.m. Sunday.

The Weavers’ presentation finishes a series celebrating the theme “Season of Wonder.”

The church is part of the Lutheran Church’s Reconciling in Christ program and welcomes all.

With teams of two to four, contestants try to put together a puzzle in a two-hour time limit. Justin Senter and Rachel Cook finished their puzzle in 54 minutes to win the event.
