Secret Garden tickets on sale

PORT TOWNSEND — Tickets are on sale for the 2022 Secret Garden Tour hosted by the Jefferson County Master Gardener Foundation.

This is the first time the foundation has hosted the event since 2019 due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

Secret Garden Tour tickets are available at the Port Townsend Garden Center, Secret Garden Nursery, Shold Landscape Products and Garden Center, Chimacum Corner Farmstand, and online at Brown Paper Tickets at brownpapertickets.com/event/5446440.

Day-of tickets will be sold at the Port Townsend Library at 1220 Lawrence St. The cost is $15 for advance tickets and $20 for day-of tickets.

The tour will take place on Saturday, June 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will feature gardens at the Port Townsend Library, three Uptown homes, one tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off Hastings, and two in the Cape George area.

A highlight at one of the gardens is a Camperdown Elm tree said to be 130 years old, organizers said.

Garden maps are available at the nurseries selling tickets. Those purchasing tickets online at Brown Paper Tickets may pick up a map at the Port Townsend Library will-call on the day of the tour.
