Seedling giveaway Saturday in Port Angeles

PORT ANGELES — Green Crow Corporation will conduct its annual tree giveaway from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.

The company will give away surplus seedling stock in the parking lot at its Port Angeles office, 727 E. Eighth St.

Bare root seedlings available include Douglas fir, western hemlock, western red cedar and Sitka spruce.

Seedlings will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Donations are accepted and will be distributed to local charities.
