Sequim Prairie Grange to host ice cream social

SEQUIM — The Sequim Prairie Grange will host an ice cream social from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.

The ice cream will be served in the grange hall, 290 Macleay Road.

Ice cream will cost $7 per order.

The menu includes banana splits or sundaes with vanilla ice cream. Available toppings include strawberries, pineapple, chocolate or caramel sauce, nuts, whipped topping and cherries.

The Buck Ellard Band will provide live music.

With teams of two to four, contestants try to put together a puzzle in a two-hour time limit. Justin Senter and Rachel Cook finished their puzzle in 54 minutes to win the event.
