SEQUIM — Tim Paschal will present “Wellness Found in the Olympic Mountains” at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Paschal will speak at the WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum series, broadcast on KSQM radio, 91.5 FM.
Paschal, a volunteer at Olympic National Park, will discuss how to prepare for and maintain health before, during and after hiking in the Olympic Wilderness.
The wellness lecture series is sponsored by the Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic.
