BLYN — A two-vehicle wreck — including a pickup pulling a boat on a trailer — left two people with minor injuries on Saturday.
Patricia Warren, 67, of Port Angeles, who had minor pain and cuts, was treated and released from Olympic Medical Center on Saturday, a hospital supervisor said.
The State Patrol gave this account of the wreck:
Warren was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer east on U.S. Highway 101 where it curves sharply to the left.
She crossed the center line, hitting 1991 Ford pickup driven by Rodney Blake, 51, of Sequim.
Blake had minor cuts but was treated at the scene.
He was towing a 1981 boat trailer with a 1983 Sea Ray cabin cruiser.
Blake’s pickup had about $3,000 worth of damage and the boat had about $1,000 worth of damage.
The trailer was destroyed.
His passenger Julie Blake, 47, of Sequim was not injured.
Warren’s Blazer, which had a wheel ripped off during the wreck, also was a total loss.
Everyone involved was wearing a seat belt.
Warren was cited with crossing the center line.
