BLYN –– Five people were reported injured in a two-car head-on collision on U.S. Highway 101 in front of 7Cedars Casino earlier this evening.
Emergency crews were called around 6:30 p.m. after the drivers of a Honda CRV and a Subaru Outback crashed head-on right in front of the entrance to the casino at 270756 Highway 101.
Both directions of Highway 101 were blocked at the scene for nearly a half-hour while police and emergency cleaned up the scene.
Wally Stapish was driving eastbound a few cars behind the Outback. Stapish said he heard the collision and looked up to see the CRV spinning around at the casino intersection.
No other details were immediately available.
