LAPUSH — Solomon Trimble, who played Sam Uley in the movie “Twilight,” will attend Quileute Days on July 17-19.
Trimble, who is Mascalero Apache and Lakota, made his film debut in “Twilight.”
The character he portrayed in the blockbuster movie is Quileute and a friend to Jacob Black, who is heroine Bella Swan’s best friend.
Photo opportunities will be available with Trimble, but the specific times and days are not yet available, said Jackie Jacobs, publicist for the Quileute tribe.
Quileute Days in LaPush will also include a traditional salmon bake, Quileute arts and crafts, dancing and songs, adult and youth softball tournaments, parade and a fireworks display.
