PORT ANGELES — One group of Port Angeles health professionals want to hand out passports — but these passports are for a healthier lifestyle.
During the first Passport to Health fair, more than 20 alternative health professionals will give handouts, free demonstrations, presentations and talk to people about how they can benefit from their programs.
The event will stretch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday at 22 locations in Port Angeles.
“I think people will gain a better understanding of their options with regards to natural health, and a better familiarity with natural health,” said Ann Fritts, an acupuncturist in Port Angeles who helped organize the event.
“We try to give people an idea of the span of healthy living, so we have a variety of ways that someone could promote natural health in themselves.”
