CARLSBORG — A terrorist slips undetected through U.S. Customs at the MV Coho ferry dock in Port Angeles, headed for a major American metropolis.
Fifteen minutes later Customs officials are notified of the terrorist’s planned activities and put out an alert.
Minutes after the alert is broadcast, a Clallam County deputy sheriff tries to stop the terrorist as he drives through Carlsborg.
The terrorist doesn’t stop and drives to Greywolf Elementary School where he explodes a bomb and takes control of the school.
That’s the scenario for a drill beginning at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Greywolf Elementary School, 171 Carlsborg Road.
